Leading Edge Protection

This leading edge protection material is a pigmented, solvent-free, light-proof 2-component liquid plastic for erosion protection on wind turbine blades.

Features:

  • 5200-A is a two-coat system and 5201-A is a one-coat system
  • VOC/Solvent Free
  • Short Process times: Second layer application within 15 minutes (at 68°F/20°C)
  • High erosion resistance
  • Full load capacity after 4 hours

Bergolin LEP 6D1100 can be shipped in individual cartridges (5200-A) abd a case of 14 cartridges (5200-B) via standard ground service, and by air, without hazard charges within the 48 contiguous United States.
