We realize our customers sometimes order the wrong product for their project, or simply too much of any one item.

*Customer is responsible for all outbound shipping charges resulting from items ordered in error.
*Items can only be returned in unopened containers or packages determined to be in saleable condition at the discretion of Fibre Glast Developments Corporation.
* Orders that contain cut to length fabrics (10 yards or more) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
*All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise; otherwise there will be 25% restocking charge. Under no circumstances will resins be accepted for return more than 30 days after the date of sale. No products may be returned more than 90 days after the date of sale.
*Notify our Customer Service Department for instructions and authorization. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and require that all items be returned within 2 weeks of issuance of that number.
*Hazardous material can rarely be returned by UPS or FedEx after delivery. These carriers will only accept packages shipped by an authorized IATA certified shipper. Refused packages, however, will be returned to us at our expense. Customers wishing to return hazardous material ordered in error will be responsible for all freight charges incurred in the return. These charges are usually significant.
*Color Gel Coat and ChromaGlast Paint 'No Return' Policy - All Color Gel Coat and ChromaGlast Paint is made-to-order; therefore, cannot be returned to inventory. To avoid any potential issues, we encourage you to re-examine the determined color before ordering to ensure satisfaction.
