What are your hours of operation?
8:00am - 8:00pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday
We observe the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. Should any of the above holidays fall on Saturday or Sunday, the preceding Friday or following Monday will be designated a holiday. The 24th of December will also be considered a holiday if it falls on a workday.
How can I get a copy of your product catalog?
Our catalog is completely free for anyone within the contiguous United States. You can get by filling out your shipping information. Or, you can call 1-800-838-8984 to speak with a customer service representative to request a catalog. International catalog request require a $10 handling fee.
What are your shipping policies?
Our regular ground shipments will either go through UPS or FedEx and our shipping charges are based on your merchandise total.
Same Day Shipping for orders placed before 2:30 p.m. ET.
Shipping charges are calculated for shipments within the continental United States and do not apply to international and air shipments. Shipping charges for these orders must be quoted.
Fibre Glast Developments can ship nearly anywhere in the world, but some countries have restrictions on hazardous goods and may not allow them into the country. Fibre Glast will advise you of any foreseeable problems by email and obtain your approval before we ship your order.
We do not allow customer pickups on any order.

How can I place my order?
You can order from our website using our secure shopping cart, or you can call 1-800-838-8984 to speak with a customer service representative to place your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover, and we gladly offer Net-30 terms to approved commercial accounts located within the United States. Download a Credit Application. Purchase orders specifying terms other than Net-30 must be approved in writing by an officer of Fibre Glast Developments Corporation.
Other Payment
Prepayments by check should be made by Certified Bank check. Orders paid by other types of checks will not be shipped for a minimum of 10 days upon receipt of check. Wire Transfers may be required for international shipments. Wire transfers incur a $50 Bank Handling Fee in addition to any charges assessed by your bank.
Is my Credit Card information secure?
Yes. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data within our website. We also have security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information under our control. When will my Credit Card be charged?
We will only authorize your Credit Card online. Your card will only be charged for Merchandise, Shipping Charges and Other Fees when items are physically shipped from our facility.
