Chromaveil |
|
|
|
Design a new and exciting pattern right into your composite part! Chromaveil™ forms into the tightest of radii and corners without relief cuts or bubbles. Your finished parts will have a true wood grain look or an exotic pattern that has never been previously available.
Unlike traditional cultured marble or other types of cosmetic fiberglass fabrications, Chromaveil™ will last for years before allowing any glass pattern print through. Behind our #180 Clear Gel Coat, Chromaveil™ parts will have a supreme high gloss and marine quality long life.
Additionally, fiberglass fabrications for tubs, doors, woodwork, pools and more no longer have to feel flimsy or only be offered as cheap alternatives to "real" substrates. Add our #448 6 Lb. Poly Foam Core and you can achieve a heavy feel that will truly rival wood, granite or tile for upscale markets and applications. Of course, you still obtain all of the benefits of composites – long life, formability and corrosion resistance.
Welcome to a new world of possibilities! You and your customers are going to want authentic Chromaveil™ parts.

American Cherry Chromaveil™ |
| |
Native to North America, the American Cherry is typically used in accents and avoided in highly trafficked floors due to its softness. When properly fabricated into fiberglass flooring or other wood grain applications, softness will no longer be an obstacle. Composite American Cherry parts will be able to be used in many new and exciting fabrications. The warm reddish hue including its natural dark brown gum veins is carefully captured in this American Cherry Chromaveil™. 48" Wide, Vertical Repeat: 32.28”. Horizontal Repeat: 21.22”.

Better than Tile™ Chromaveil™ |
| |
Real ceramic tile has always been limited to tile sizes and requires the household nuisance of grout cleaning. “Fake ceramic tile” eliminates the grout but never completely achieves the rich, deep look of ceramic. This Chromaveil™ has a classic grid pattern that fits today’s consumer expectations regarding household sanitary-ware such as tubs or showers. However, this Chromaveil™ is better than tile in that the depth and richness of this pattern would not be achievable in tile. Additionally, the 0” repeat of this pattern results in virtually no waste. 48" Wide, Vertical Repeat: 0.00”. Horizontal Repeat: 0.00”.

Better than Granite™ Chromaveil™ |
| |
Besides the expense of authentic granite, many homeowners find granite outside the kitchen to be uncomfortably cold and a nuisance to clean. This Chromaveil™ is better than granite because it achieves the rich, deep look of granite without the challenges of removing water spots or avoiding direct contact. 48" Wide, Vertical Repeat: 25.20”. Horizontal Repeat: 21.65”.
