Instructor Background

The instructor's blade repair background comes from eight years of direct field work and advanced training leadership. He worked as a blade repair technician before moving into full-time instruction, where he trained more than five hundred technicians across structural repairs, composite processing, GWO blade repair, ART, BST, and OEM specific repair requirements for Siemens Gamesa and GE. This mix of field experience and high-level training work is taught from real situations, not theory. He brings a clear understanding of what technician’s face on site, how repairs fail, how to raise quality, and how to apply BladeRep products the right way in changing field conditions. This helps your team gain practical skills that transfer directly to the work they do every day.
