MGS Coolset05

MGS Coolset05 is a laminating resin which is especially suited for fast-setting repairs of wind rotor blades. It contains no solvents or fillers and can be used for processing glass, carbon, and aramid fibers, featuring high static and dynamic loadability.
Coolset05 cures already at temperatures of 41°F (5°C). After precuring at room temperature, the manufactured components are workable and demoldable. The final properties, however, will only be reached after a postcureing at temperatures of more than 104°F (40°C).
Due to the chemical characteristics of this system we do not expect any problems concerning compatibility (e.g. blistering, tearing, or changes in color), when it is processed with gel coats. However we recommend comprehensive testing.
Although Coolset05 is very unlikely to crystallize at low temperatures, storage conditions of 50-68°F (10-20°C) are recommended.

MGS Coolset05 can be shipped in individual pouches (CS05-A) and cases of 20 (CS05-B) via standard ground service without hazard charges within the 48 contiguous United States. MGS Coolset05 is available in individual pouches (CS05-A) and cases of 20 kits (CS05-B). Quantity discounts are available on orders of 10 or more cases.
