#1101 Epoxy Paste Bonding Adhesive is a high strength structural adhesive used to bond and assemble sub-components into rigid final structures. It is a thick, two-part epoxy paste, with a high viscosity that gives it excellent gap-filling characteristics which strengthen loose-fitting joints and panels.

This epoxy adhesive forms tough, durable bonds to composites, SMC, foam, wood, fiberglass, many metals, and even common construction materials. A single adhesive covers most of the joints in a composite assembly.

How Should #1101 Be Used for Best Results?

Mix Part A and Part B in a 1:1 ratio and apply to clean, prepared surfaces. Hold the assembly together using holding fixtures until it develops green strength, which takes only a few hours. Handle once set.. Allow a full 6 to 8 hours at 77°F to reach cured strength. Note: since the paste doesn't sag or run, it can be worked onto contoured or vertical surfaces.
