What Is Duratec® Gray Surfacing Primer?

Duratec® Gray Surfacing Primer is a high-build polyester surfacing primer for coating plugs and reconditioning molds. It is suitable for use with wood, MDF, tooling board, composite plugs, patterns, and models, and offers excellent adhesion to most epoxies with a heat distortion level of 200°F.

Apply in builds up to 45 mils to fill pores or over repairs, take advantage of the air cure for fast set even in thin coats, then sand the super-fine surface and polish to a Class A mirror finish.
