The MTI valve controls resin infusion by managing pressure. It acts as a counter-pressure to the vacuum in the part being infused. If this counter-pressure becomes too high, the valve closes and stops the resin flow. The valve is calibrated to ensure the right counter-pressure when the vacuum in the part reaches the ideal level for resin coverage and optimal fiber volume. This means you don't need to monitor the resin supply as long as there's enough resin available.
