Get Impressive Strength in a Quick-Cure Turnaround
Our #1101 Epoxy Paste Bonding Adhesive is a high strength structural adhesive used to bond and assemble sub-components to form rigid final structures. The high viscosity provides excellent gap filling characteristics that strengthen loose fitting joints and panels. It forms tough durable bonds to composites, SMC, foam, wood, fiberglass, many metals, and even common construction materials.
Parts A and B are mixed in a 1:1 ratio. Cure time is relatively quick, 6-8 hours at 77°F, allowing for sufficient "green strength." Bonded items can be removed from the holding fixtures and handled within a few hours. Cured parts feature excellent strength, as well as good resistance to weak acids, moisture, and weather.
One "Quart Kit" includes one quart (3 lbs) each of Parts A and B.

Epoxy Paste Bonding Adhesive quart (#1101-A) and quart case (#1101-B) kits can be shipped via standard ground service without hazard charges within the 48 contiguous United States. Both sizes of #1101 will be subject to a hazard charge if shipped by air. Please see our Hazardous Shipping Chart for more information about hazard fees. We will consolidate items whenever possible to minimize these fees.

Epoxy Paste Bonding Adhesive This adhesive is a two-part kit, meaning it is one product made up of two containers. This Epoxy Paste Bonding Adhesive is only available in a one quart kit (#1101-A) . Both A Side and B Side come in one quart containers, each weighing 3 lb. Epoxy Paste Bonding Adhesive is also available by the case (#1101-B) which contains a six-count of one quart kits. Quantity discounts are available when four or more cases are purchase in one order.
This stuff is amazing. It has super strength bonding capabilities, is also easy to work with, and has excellent gap filling characteristics as well as easy to sand. I even was able to plug up some leaky garden hoses. Great Stuff!

This item is perfect. I am in the process of making my L3 model for high power rocketry. Pictures will come once made. Well worth the money. Easy to use. Mix. Measure. Just give them your money!
