KevlarŪ Veil |
| .25 Oz., 35.5" Wide |
KevlarŪ veil is a lightweight, nonwoven material that helps block print-through while still offering abrasion and impact resistance. Though commonly used in Kevlar laminates, it can also be paired with carbon fiber or fiberglass to provide the benefits of KevlarŪ while adding minimal weight and thickness.

KevlarŪ Fabric |
| High Quality, High Performance |
5 Oz/Sq Yd, 50" Wide, .010" Thick, 17 x 17 4HS Weave
This was one of the first high strength synthetic fibers to gain acceptance in the reinforced plastics industry. Unlike the previous synthetic reinforcing fibers, KEVLARŪ has a considerably higher tensile strength and modulus than fiberglass. KEVLARŪ is usually used for structures requiring good stiffness, high abrasion resistance, and light weight.
Current applications include lightweight boat hulls such as kayaks and canoes, aircraft fuselage panels, pressure vessels high performance race cars and other applications where a high strength to weight ratio is required. May be used with epoxy or vinyl ester resin. |

KevlarŪ Tapes |
| Instead of Cutting Kevlar Strips |
5 Oz/Sq Yd. and .0100" thick KEVLARŪ tape is ideal for selective reinforcement of Kevlar laminations and repairs. This plain weave style offers the optimum combination of stiffness and drapeability. Highly recommended in lieu of cutting Kevlar into small strips. First quality, 5 oz/sq. yd., .0100" Thick, 17x17 construction, plain weave.
