High Stretch Conforms to Nearly Any Shape
Stretchlon® 200 is a thin bagging film that stretches up to 500% its original length. It's designed to stretch over multiple contours and compress deep into every area within a mold, even corners, reducing the need for pleats. While it will conform to autoclave pressures, it's not suited for temperatures over 250°F.
- PLEASE NOTE: Stretchlon® 200 should only be used with epoxy resin. It is not suited for use with polyester or vinyl ester.
- Film is available in a flat 60"-wide sheet, and a 120"-wide sheet that is centerfolded to 60" wide.
- Stretchlon® 200 is light and conformable to the touch; 0.0015" thick.
- For use with higher temperatures, consider #1688/#1788 Stretchlon® 800.

Stretchlon® 200 Bagging Film This bagging film is sold by the linear yard, either as a prepackaged quantity or by continuous yardage. Prepacks This bagging film is available in pre-cut lengths that measure one yard (#1678-A & #1778-A, roll), three yards (#1678-B & #1778-B, roll), and five yards (#1678-C & #1778-C, roll). Each is packaged and sold separately. For your convenience, these "prepacks" can be purchased in any combination. However, if the length for any one cut of film totals 10 yards or more, we suggest you purchase it in continuous, "cut to length" yardage. Continuous, "Cut to Length" Yardage If you know in advance that you intend to purchase 10 yards or more of any one bagging film, it should be ordered in continuous, "cut to length" yardage. In this case, film will be cut once according to the total yardage ordered, and customers receive a price-per-yard discount as compared to prepacks. Quantity discounts continue to deepen as the yardage increases for any one cut of one film.Reviews

I have been using this vacuum bag for 3-4 years and it has always performed perfectly. It easily stretches around curves and tight corners. Fibre Glast always ships promptly so my projects do not get delayed.

Been using trashbags and plastic dip cloths for a while, and wow does this make a difference. Stretches and confirms easy, and way more puncture resistant. Much thinner than I expected to

Pretty cool stuff. I'm a beginner and it seems to make it easier to have a good fit to the vacuum bag. It does seem to make more creases on the composite, though.
