When conventional air line is used as the vacuum tubing, this connector will fit the threaded brass hose end effectively coupling the pump and the bag. Also, to install a gauge inside the bag, a support connector is required. This connector supports and mounts the gauge in the bag to permit pressure within the bag to register.
