Use this heat formable, non-adhesive sheet for rapid prototypes, rigid structures, quick manufacturing, and dynamic reinforcement. ThermaGlast™ is made with a shape-memory polymer technology originally designed for NASA. When heated, ThermaGlast™ becomes very pliable, which allows this material to form to nearly any shape or contour and can be trimmed to size. When cooled below activation temperature, ThermaGlast™ regains its rigidity and holds the new shape.

ThermaGlast Non-Adhesive Sheet has the ability to soften and harden repeatedly. This property allows ThermaGlast™ to be softened, reshaped, and rapidly hardened to function as a structure in a variety of applications. When reheated, ThermaGlast™ will return to its original, flat shape. This process can be repeated as necessary without material degradation. However, ThermaGlast™ is not recommended for rapid mold building as most resins will exotherm at temperatures above 194°F causing the material to soften and lose shape.
