Razor-sharp, stainless steel Microplanes® are for rapid smoothing and shaping of the foam. The handle has been designed with an open back that allows the shavings to fall out instead of packing up behind the razor sharp teeth. This allows for gentle sculpting with out jagged jumps. This tool is very easy to use and has several blade options. The flat, course blade is the most common and is supplied with a handle. The other blades are easy to change but additional handles are available. Changing the blades is easy, just firmly snap the blade out and then back in.  

This tool is an 8" version of the stainless steel Microplane® Snap-In Tool shown above. Like the 3" tool, the flat, course blade is supplied with a handle and the other blades can easily be changed. Additional handles are available.  

This is a professional grade coping saw that gives you the ability to cut virtually any shape or pattern. This saw has two different blade options which allow the user to choose the type of cut needed. The 2130 comes with a handle and coarse blade. Blade length 6 ½ inches and frame depth 5 ½ inches. The 2131 Course Replacement Blades have 17 yeeth per Inch and the 2132 Fine Replacement Blades have 21 teeth per Inch.   

This is a great saw for cutting very fine skim cuts. The design of this tool also allows the user to make square cuts with ease. The blade is 5 ½" long, 1 ¼ deep, with 52 teeth per inch, and is 12 thousandths thick. Handle 2106 is required and is not included.  

This is a perfect sized saw that can be used to cut out very small sections. Use this saw to clean up areas that the larger saw may not have been able to cut. The saw blade has 22 teeth per inch, which allows the blade to cut very thin sections. Blade length is 7 ¼ inches.   

The Irwin® 12 inch saw is a Japanese-style pull saw which gives the user better control, cleaner cuts, and requires less effort to execute the cut. The saw disassembles in seconds for easy storage and has ergonomically designed handle. Blade length is 12 inches and blade has 14 teeth per inch.   

This is a 5" positive grip, heavy-duty handle for deep carving. This handle will fit all of the X-acto® routers, blades, and saws available in our product line. The handle comes with the 2108 convex carving blade.   

This is an assortment of different carving blades that can used to carve and shape the final dimensions of your plug. There are two different convex blades and one concave blade. Use these blades to cut cylindrical shapes and designs. The large contoured blade is designed for heavy-pressure cutting and trimming of rough edges. The 2107 and 2108 come with 2 blades per card. The 2109 and 2112 come with 5 blades per card. Handle 2107 is required and is not included.   

The keyhole blade is designed to make small interior cuts and has a long narrow reach. The heavy-duty saw blade is designed with coarse teeth and is used for deep cutting. Both of these blades come 5 to a card. Handle 2106 is required and is not included.
